• 7:00-8:00AM – Open Arena

• 8:00-5:30PM – Futurity Exhibitions – start in draw order and each futurity entry gets their exhibitions in draw order. Times will be assigned. You can swap between contestants based on your schedule. If time allows for additional exhibitions we will sell onsite at the office.

 

4:00 PM – DEADLINE TO SUBSTITUTE OR BUYOUT FUTURITY/MATURITY SPOTS. ALL FUTURITY/MATURITY ENTRIES MUST BE CHECKED IN (COME TO OFFICE) BY THIS TIME AS WELL, ANY AND ALL ROLLOVERS MUST ALSO BE COMPLETE BY THIS TIME FOR FUTURITY AND MATURITY CONTESTANTS.

 

6:30PM – Contestant Welcome Dinner !

 

Friday June 14th, 2024

• 6:00am-7:00am – 60 exhibitions will be sold at the gate starting at 6am. Priority to Maturity contestants.

• 8:00am – Start of the first round of the Horse Hair Analysis Futurity Thirty Minute Break Start of the first round of the MVP Maturity

• Not Before 430pm –$1500 added Fresh Rides Open 4D will begin. Official start time to be posted on social media closer to the event.

 

Saturday June 15th, 2024

• 6:00am-7:00am – 60 exhibitions will be sold at the gate starting at 7am.

• 8:00AM – Start of the second round of the Horse Hair Analysis Futurity – reverse draw Thirty Minute Break Start of the second round of the MVP Maturity – reverse draw

• Awards and checks will not be ready until 45 minutes AFTER the conclusion of the maturity o Pictures with Champions in Arena at this time. Awards will not be shipped without payment.

• Not Before 430pm –$1500 added Highlands Financial Open 4D will begin. Official start time to be posted on social media closer to the event.
