PRE ENTRIES DUE POSTMARKED BY APRIL 5TH OR ON-LINE BY APRIL 12TH BY 6PM. MUST PRE ENTER FOR EARLY DRAW AND STALLING PREFERENCES!!! 500$ ADDED EACH DAY 80% OF ENTRY FEE PAID BACK ! AVERAGE BUCKLES FOR OPEN BOTH RACES SANCTIONED BBR AND NBHA AND SUNDAY IS NE-4D! PEEWEE’S OFFERED EACH DAY WILL BE BEFORE YOUTH ENTER FOR THIS ON SITE 5$ EACH!

Friday the 14th barn and stalls will be open by 6pm Arena is open for open riding fri night 10$ per horse!
Saturday 15th – ride sessions will start at 9am till noon half hour each 10$ each no ponying horses – barrels are set – Exh. are 1pm to 3:30 pm 5$ each ENTRIES CLOSE AT 3PM FOR SATURDAYS RACE!!! RACE STARTS AT 4PM WITH OPEN – PeeWee’s – YOUTH – SENIOR’s – Pole Exhibitions then Open 2D Poles!
Sunday 16th – office opens at 8:30 to 9:30 am for entries Exhibitions 8:45 to 9:45 am

DRESS CODE WILL BE ENFORCED – 10$ HAT FINE TO THE BARREL SETTER – NO REFUNDS ONCE THE DRAW IS POSTED – CAN ENTER ONSITE DAY OF THE EVENT WITH NO LATE FEE’S
