Due to the unexpected entries into classes prior to the Section 2 Session on Saturday, it’s anticipated that the section will not begin until around midnight on Saturday. Currently we have close to 1000 total entries for Saturday making the estimated payout over $43,000 not bad for a $55 entry fee!! We had no idea of the number of entries that we would receive in the classes prior to the start of Saturday’s section 2 and in fact entries for some of these classes will not close until Thursday morning, at which time we will have a better ‘hard’ start time for Session 2. Currently we have over 325 entered in section 2. We realize that most of you did not sign up for section 2 only to be running in the morning hours of Sunday. Some of you from the old Buz Post days may be used to that, but some of the newer folks may not. Therefore, we are offering people that are entered in Section 2 a full refund if they choose. These refunds are being offered for Section 2 on Saturday only and not any other section or day. Once we get a final tally or listing of those that want to remain in Section 2, we will complete and post the draw for that section.
If you would like to draw out and receive a refund of your entry fee(s) for Section 2, please send an email to [email protected]. Please do not call, text, or send a Facebook message it all must be done through email. Also, please do not email and ask if we received your email, sorry, but we are going to be busy enough as it is. And remember, this offer is for the Saturday, Session 2 only. The deadline for drawing out of the Sat Section 2 session is Wednesday at noon. The draw for Section 2 should be ready to publish by Wednesday night. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused anyone, but felt it was only fare to offer you the contestant the option on what you wanted to do given the circumstances.
